Through its "Department of Expertise and Information Systems (DEIS)" and in concert with prestigious national and international partners, HIGHER produces knowledge and data to help modernize and enhance higher education and research in Haiti. The Institute also technically supports institutions of higher education and public authorities in their actions and policies.
