In accordance with its purpose, HIGHER develops decision-making information systems and international exchanges to support the modernization of the higher education and research ecosystem in Haiti. Concretely, this expertise offer is distributed as follows :

Development of decision-making and strategic information systems
HIGHER advises and develops tools, processes and resources to collect, analyze, share and exploit data to support decision-making relating to HER in Haiti. To decision-makers, the Institute offers its expertise in study/survey, foresight, technical and scientific writing, management and project monitoring-evaluation.

Support mobility, cooperation and international university exchanges
HIGHER advises and supports Haitian HEIs in their international projects. The Institute offers its expertise in setting up mobility programs for students and researchers, developing innovative inter-university courses, university attractiveness strategies, seeking funding and organizing expert missions. .

Academic guidance and preparation for higher education
THEHIGHER.SCHOOL, the “school division” of HIGHER, offers to Haitian students an international cycle of orientation and preparation for higher education. This course allows them to obtain the international baccalaureate (high school diploma), foreign language certifications and an orientation assessment.
